The below Home Surveying tools are made to help homeowners understand the cost vs benefit of extensions, annexes and sustainable home modification.

We map and archive the outputs to help builders, tradespeople and the charterships find clients - in a quarterly digital download called The PIP (The Property Intelligence Publication)

The PIP is a record of the houses that site visitors and app users surveyed here and includes current performance figures, potential performance figures and the house number, postcode, and an infered estimate at the council tax band only.

No PII (Personal Identifying Information) is kept on record, just the house: that's why there is no need to sign and and tick a box saying "I consent to marketing". We don't even really need to offer an opt-out but our moto is "With Upmost Good Faith"

If you would like your postcode removed from The PIP you have your right to do so with this form on the left.

Some of the subscribers to the PIP are members of the CIC: and you can use this form to report aggressive doorstep marketing or deceptive or inadequate business practices too and their membership and subscription may be withdrawn if all other members of the Co-Op agree. Any shares may be taken back and Yorkshire Igloo, Yorkshire Sauna, & Yorkshire Annexe will no longer use these firms as subcontractors.

Language is just a tool. If you invent a good tool: or coin a good work. People will pick it up and use it - no force needed: no advertising needed. and there is no need to explain what it means or why it exists. The usefulness of the tool or word is measured by the importance it communicates.

JAN2026 Note - Instead of using the emojis - Use the wikicommons svg in each field which shows where the data comes from - ONS, Ministy of Housing, Met Office, Etc. Each app should have a similar CSS to the gov.uk sites. - Each field will be greyed out with toggles for "search" and dont search" - this eaustive ONS postcode report wil be left toggled to "search" or maybe "generate".
