^^^^This tool will call the DVLA for the users current vehcicle and then will infer a cost for the commute only. Then the user will be advised to just go enter other licence plates to compare. (like their neigbours for instance).  - The user will enter the postcodes and house/unit numbers for home and work and then the user will enter the licence plates for all the cars they want to compare. The above tool unclocks mpg of specififc licence plates.
